尊敬的各位老师：
金秋九月，我们同时迎来了教师节与中秋节，值此“双节同庆”之际，北京大学深圳研究生院向辛勤耕耘在教学科研、管理服务一线的全体教职员工致以节日的祝福与诚挚的问候！
百年大计，教育为本；教育大计，教师为本。教师是国家繁荣、民族振兴、人民幸福的重要基石，承载着传播知识、传播思想、传播真理、塑造灵魂、塑造生命、塑造新人的时代重任。今年教师节主题是“迎接党的二十大，培根铸魂育新人”。作为高校教师，在第38个教师节到来之际，衷心希望与诸位同仁共勉：要立德修身、潜心治学，把为学、为事、为人统一起来，成为专业学识渊博的“学问之师”和引导高尚品格的“人生之师”；围绕深研院“问题导向、南北联动、AI牵引、创新融合”的未来发展理念，以“北雁南栖”模式彰显北大顶尖人才的“头雁效应”，主动服务国家重大战略需求，加强有组织的科研，共同将深研院打造成为人才培养-学术研究-区域产业耦合的北大深圳校地协同创新的共赢体。
近期，深圳经历了新冠疫情的再次冲击，大家无法共聚一堂庆祝佳节，大部分老师只能线上开展教学和行政工作，有些老师的科研进展也面临更大挑战。面对这样的疫情形势，在严格执行高校防疫政策的前提下，南燕教职工们顺利完成了新生报到、入学教育、新学期教学安排等重要工作，保障南燕校园安全平稳有序运行。非常感谢大家顾全整座城市的抗疫大局，理解并配合学校工作，相信全体师生员工齐心协力、同舟共济，必能克服重重困难。期待在全市疫情得到有效控制后，大家再次欢聚于秋阳杲杲的南国燕园。
2022年对深研院全体教职工而言是非常重要的一年，希望全体教职工继续凝心聚力、开拓进取，着眼国家发展战略、扎根粤港澳大湾区，以优异成绩迎接党的二十大胜利召开！以“立德树人”为根本任务，为培养堪当大任的时代新人、解决学术前沿和国家需求的实际问题贡献北大力量，为建设高等教育强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴作出新的更大贡献！

As September begins, the golden harvest season has arrived. On this rare occasion of “double festivals”, Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School (PKUSZ) would like to extend the best wishes and sincere greetings to all the faculty and staff who have been dedicated to education, research and management support throughout the year.
Education is of great importance to a nation’s development; teachers are the cornerstone of education, with the essential responsibility of delivering knowledge, inspiring ideas and at many times, changing lives. On the 38th Teacher’s Day, PKUSZ sincerely hopes to celebrate and share with all colleagues: to cultivate morality, showcase professionalism, and become a role model for your students. Led by the school mission of “problem-solving, north-south linkage, AI-focusing and innovative integration”, the school will take the initiative to serve our country’s primary strategic endeavor, strengthen our scientific research and jointly build a strong collaborative relationship with the local government of Shenzhen.
Recently, we have been experiencing some difficulties due to the epidemic situation, while all of us have continued to carry on our duty of regular teaching, research and school operation. We successfully completed the new student registration, the welcome orientation, and the teaching arrangements for the new semester. We have managed a safe and orderly operation of our campus. The school thanks all of you for your understanding and input. We believe that all faculties, students and staffs will be able to overcome difficulties by working together and supporting each other.
We trust that all the faculty and staff will spare no effort and forge ahead, focusing on the national development strategy and rooted in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Bay Area. We will continue to contribute to cultivating new talents, exploring the academic frontier, and building a solid institute.
On this occasion of Teacher’s Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, PKUSZ sincerely wishes the whole community of PKUSZers good health and a happy holiday.
