11月16日,英国伦敦大学学院(UCL)公布了2021年UCL-PKU战略合作伙伴基金项目(UCL-PKU Strategic Partner Funds)入选名单。我院汤俊卿助理教授作为北京大学方主持人与英国伦敦大学学院巴特莱特建筑学院可持续建造系的吕秋晨助理教授(Dr. Qiuchen Lu,Lecturer in Digital Built Asset and Facility Management, The Bartlett School of Sustainable Construction)联合主持的项目顺利获批。项目名称为“Enabling a sustainable new normal by learning from experiences in UK and Chinese cities”。我院赵鹏军教授及伦敦大学学院方Dr. Gabriele Manoli等人参与其中。
在过去的几年中,世界上多数国家及地区的人们因受到疫情影响改变了他们的工作模式,居住建筑既是生活空间也变成了工作空间,全球交通系统的服务性水平也跌破到史无前例的最低点。通过建立两校新合作模式,该项目旨在可持续城市与韧性发展领域开展前沿、创新的理论与实证研究。利用多源大数据、数字建模等手段,展开中英两国试点城市对比分析,深入理解城市流动性和人为碳排放在疫情“前-中-后”不同时期的演化过程与特征;聚焦人的空间行为与城市环境,探索“后疫情时代”可持续城市新常态,为构建更加智能、宜居、韧性的可持续城市提供科学依据与政策支撑。
UCL-PKU战略合作伙伴基金是由英国伦敦大学学院发起的国际联合基金,该基金重点资助针对当前全球发展所面临的关键问题提出新思路、新方法,并对联合国可持续发展目标(SDGs)具有显著推动作用的相关课题。
个人简历:
汤俊卿,博士,北京大学城市规划与设计学院助理教授,博士生导师。英国卡迪夫大学学士(2013),英国帝国理工学院与伦敦大学学院硕士(2014),瑞士苏黎世联邦理工学院博士(2019,师从瑞士科学院院士Heinimann教授),2019至2021年任英国剑桥大学博士后。曾在新加坡国立大学、日本东京大学、美国麻省理工学院交换及短期访问。主要研究领域包括城市灾害风险管理、智慧与数字城市、韧性城市与可持续发展、交通地理与规划、城市大数据分析等。主持/参与了新加坡国家基金委、英国奥雅纳基金委等6项国内外科研项目,曾获国家优秀留学生奖等各类奖项称号7次。近五年在Transportation Research Part C & D、Reliability Engineering and System Safety、Transport Policy、Journal of Transport Geography等期刊发表论文20余篇。
Dr. Qiuchen Lu became a Lecturer in Digital Built Asset and Facility Management at the Bartlett School of Construction and Project Management, University College London (UCL), since August 2019. Before joining in UCL, Qiuchen was a research associate based at Asset Management Group, Institute for Manufacturing (IfM), and also worked at the Centre for Smart Infrastructure and Construction (CSIC) and Centre of Digital Built Britain (CDBB), Department of Engineering, the University of Cambridge. Dr. Lu mainly focused on the project ‘Digital Twin (DT) Project’ in building and city levels in Cambridge. A dynamic DT with multi-layered information models was developed to integrate heterogeneous data sources, support intelligent cloud-based data query, provide smarter AI-based decision-making processes and further bridge the gap between human relationships with buildings/regions via a more intelligent, visual and sustainable channels. She received her MPhil degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and the PhD degree in the University of Hong Kong in 2014 and 2017 respectively. Dr. Lu is currently an Associate Member of ASCE (The American Society of Civil Engineers) and the Editor (Chinese Language) of Building Information Model (BIM) Dictionary, BIMe INITIATIVE. She is the reviewer for several peer-reviewed journals, such as Automation in Construction, ASCE Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering, ASCE Journal of Management in Engineering etc.
